Congratulations to our 2025WINNERS!
Everyone had competed in their knockout draws to reveal our finalists for Club Championships. This draws in the best players in the club for 2025 all in to one weekend. Nearly 40 finals to be decided and some epic tennis was upon us.
Both days drew out some fantastic finals, with some great tennis on show.
Some highlights was the epic three set matches in over many matches and a 2 hour 40minute epic featuring Helen Hardy and Jane Langstaff.
We saw Paul Marchant become a double club champion in the Men’s Singles and Mixed Doubles.
Our junior contingent had some very good finals with brothers Charlie and Harry Spurling claiming victory.
Our youngest competitor Dylan Watson stole the show by winning both the 9&Under Mixed and 10&Under Mixed competitions playing up two ball colours to clinch the double.
Our top story is the potential record breaker that could see Daisy Spurling being crowned our first ever quadruple winning player in club history.
